Why this matters
So much of our work as a healthcare quality consultancy is really about how people learn — training clinicians, designing continuing professional development (CPD) that changes practice, and strengthening the health workforce. The Principles for Learning hold training and performance-improvement projects to a clear, international standard: they should be impactful, inclusive, scalable, and sustainable. That is exactly the bar we hold ourselves to, so endorsing them was a natural fit.
